Jumeirah Islands is a development of villas within man-made islands spread across an area of 300 hectares. These ´islands´ are separated into forty six clusters, each cluster comprises sixteen individually styled villas. They all sit surrounded by artificial lakes which form such an integral part of the Jumeirah Islands community which has a land to water ratio of around two to one; which is believed to be the highest in the world.
The development comprises a total of 736 luxury properties, with four or five-bedrooms. Each of the houses has its own private swimming pool, garden area and maid´s room, and vary in size from 5,101 to 7,200 square feet (670 m2).
Jumeirah Islands is one of Nakheel’s flagship developments and is situated on east of the Sheikh Zayed Road, between Interchanges 5 and 6. Nearby properties include the Meadows, Springs and Emirates Hills all of them developed by EMAAR but also Jumeirah Lake Towers, being built by Nakheel.
